Homemade Natural Matcha Face mask

I've recently got into making my own beauty products and I've created this little concoction that I couldn't wait to share with you.

I'm all about keeping it natural. I've gone on and on about how many horrible chemicals and ingredients are being absorbed into our bodies through products we use on our skin - our biggest organ might I add. A lot of people don't give a second thought to what is actually in those products and the effects it can have on our bodies. My rule for whenever I'm putting something in or on my body, if I can't pronounce what is on the ingredients label I don't touch it.

This mask is made of all natural ingredients, two of which I can almost guarantee you have in your kitchen right now. A tablespoon of honey softens the skin and it has antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. A squeeze of lemon juice will brighten the skin and help to reduce the appearance of pores. A tablespoon of ground matcha will help reduce any redness and leave your skin glowing. This magical mixture is suitable for all skin types! Mix everything together and apply to a cleansed face with clean fingers. Let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes and remove with a warm cloth.
