Conscious Business Spotlight // Roze Mountain

I'm making a conscious effort to support local and small businesses that share the same ethics that I do. I am passionate about supporting smaller businesses that are ethical, cruelty-free, and environmentally conscious and I want to start sharing a few of my favourites with you.

I recently discovered Roze Mountain, a herbal remedy and natural beauty store ran by the sweet Morgane. Everything is handmade by Morgane and made with all natural and cruelty-free ingredients that really benefit the body. She also uses completely recycled packaging! They do have stickers on the bottles with the ingredients but mine fell off due to a shampoo explosion in my suitcase on the way home from Mauritius. Oops!

I have been using the Buriti Illuminating Face Serum and the Anti Dark Circles Roll-On in my skincare routine religiously for a few weeks and I have been loving them.

The face serum is very comparable to the Pai Rosehip oil. It has the same deep orange colour and it feels so luxurious on the skin. Its hyrdating enough for me to use alone or with a few drops of my Odacité oil depending on my mood that day. It is made with Perilla, Apricot Kernel, Camelia, Buriti and vitamin E oils which leave my skin glowing and reguvinated every morning. As this is a natural product it does have a strong scent, but this fades quickly once the serum has absorbed.

I have been reaching for the roll on every morning to combat my permanent dark circles after a month of terrible sleep. This instantly brightens my under eye area and the roller ball helps to reduce any puffiness I have that morning. I find this super moisturising and cooling thanks to the Acai, Maracuja, Tamanu, Rosehip and Vitamin E oils. This is a must-have for anyone who wants to look more refreshed and bright eye in the mornings.

If you want to support an ethical business then definitely check out Roze Mountian and her beautiful products. You can tell they are made with love!

If there are any small, ethical and eco-conscious businesses or brands you think I should include in this series let me know!
