My Superfood Cacao Granola // Vegan


Granola is one of the easiest breakfasts to prepare in bulk. Its healthy, satisfying and you can make it so many different ways. Recently I have been playing around with some different recipes and I have created one that I love! Its packed full of goodness, it tastes amazing and its vegan. This granola recipe is a great way to start your day - it will fuel your body and its full of antioxidants and good fats that are amazing for your overall health and well being. Its really simple to do and it only takes around 30 minutes. Whip this up on a Sunday evening and you've got breakfast for the week sorted! 


Ingredients

2 cups (90g) Rolled Oats 
1/2 cup (75g) Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup (30g) Cacao Nibs
2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
half teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 cup (170g) Agave Nectar
pre heat oven to 350°F/180°C

Grab a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. If you feel like it needs extra liquid you can always add in some coconut oil or maple syrup until its at your desired consistency. Feel free to add in any dried fruit or extra seeds that you like at this point! Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on the tray. Cook the granola in the oven for 20 minutes and stir halfway through.
